NOVO continues to practice routine cleaning and sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces as well as proper ventilation in common areas. As recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Institution, employees and residents are required to wear a face mask when in common areas of NOVO properties. Maintenance technicians are required to wear face masks when fulfilling work orders in common areas and inside the homes of our residents.

During the public Health Emergency NOVO has closed property management offices to walk in traffic and have moved to an emergency work order only posture.  If you have a work order that needs immediate assistance, please submit your work order through the resident portal or contact your property manager directly.  Examples of emergency work orders are:

  • Heater not heating and outside temperature is below 68 degrees
  • Toilet overflowing
  • Toilet not flushing
  • Bathtub not draining
  • No hot water
  • Sink Back-up
  • Refrigerator not working
  • Stove not working
  • Broken window
  • Broken door
  • Water leaks
  • Electrical power out
